Shipping Information

We typically package products in quantities of 6, 12 or 24. However, there are exceptions when large or odd shaped items have been purchased. Mixed packs will be shipped separately to any individual bottles and will incur shipping fees for each pack ordered. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if there are any concerns about the shipment.

We do not offer shipping options to international addresses. International purchasers must provide a valid Australian address for delivery.

We will use whichever transport provider offers the best price and delivery times. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, but will keep you informed of the status of your order. Due to the nature of the products we sell all orders must be received by an adult (18 years or older).

Shipping times typically fall within these estimates:

New South Wales 1 - 3 days
Victoria 2 - 3 days
Queensland 2 - 4 days
South Australia 2 - 4 days
Western Australia 4 - 7 days
Northern Territory 5 - 7 days
Tasmania 5 - 7 days

Shipping Exclusions

In some instances we may not be able to ship to your location due to alcohol restrictions or transport constraints. In an event where we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund.

Refunds & Returns

If any items are damaged during transport, please contact us immediately for a refund or a credit on your next order.

If any of the products we sell at Crafty Brew do not meet your expectations, return the items for a full refund. For all beer purchases, please return the bottles (including empties) within 7 days of the purchase. Any returned items will be done at the cost of the sender.
